• the newly built apartment is situated in dob utca (’utca’ meaning ’street’ - see the map) at a strategic point downtown: walking ten minutes one may reach andrássy út, rákóczi út, károly körút or erzsébet körút (’út’ meaning ’road’, "körút" meaning 'ring road').
  these four roads are part of the uneven grid of large avenues crossing the capital, with great shopping/eating possibilities.
• all three underground systems of the city are also within walking distance: stations are marked by on the map. deák tér (line m3), astoria (line m2) and oktogon (line m1) are nearby. guarded parking is available in the neighbourhood (~€70 a month, €15 a day)
• dob utca is paralleled by király utca, a downtown shopping precinct on one side, and wesselényi utca on the other, where the famed great synagogue stands.
• a great architectural heritage is being rebuilt nearby: the gozsdu udvar (gojdu courtyard), which, when ready, will definitely be a place to experience.
